Domain flipping

What does it mean by domain flipping and for what it is done.

Basically it is buying a domain name which you perceive as valuable then attempting to resell it for a higher price.

Percieving value is the key whereby what may be valuable to one person is not necessarily valueable to the next. Value is mostly indicated by highly searched keywords, and therefore keyword rich domain names.
