You really make $$ with these? I just have a hard time believing that these domain names, especially those not .com, have any value. Maybe I just don't get it. (That's not unusual )

 

the .ws and .cc are mostly for future speculations, but I got most of them for regfee, and I have no problems selling most of them for mid $xx right now.
I've even received $xxx offers for some of them, but I will try to hang on to them for 1-2 years, if I don't get any better offers in the near future..

.tv with the right keywords can be great.
NANO.tv that I've mentioned here has been accepted by www.greatdomains.com with a listing price of $25.000 now.
I doubt that It'll sell for that sometime soon, but NANO TVs are under development now, so you never know..

So it's possible to make $$($$) with domains like that, and search engines doesn't care much if you have a .com or .somethingelse it's the keyword that counts if you plan to develop it.

I do also make good $$(and more) just from parking many of those names at Fabulous.com

Domain sales are mostly just for fun right now, I get (much) more income from my sites, and my opinion is also that it's better to sell 20 domains for $100 pr month, rather than a $2000 domain every second month..

Not interested in buying domains right now, but do you really get serious type-in traffic?

Ah, and a little spelling mistake. It's losing, not loosing.

 

I have several more domains than I have listed there, and some of them have decent type-in traffic.

I have also had a few with 1000+ type-ins pr day, but I've sold those, since I don't bother much with traffic domains right now.

I've planned to develop many of the keyword domains, and several of the parking pages/sites are climbing the SERPS every week for their keywords as well, so google doesn't really care if it's a .com, .ws or .org , it's the keyword in the domain name that counts..

So I'm not losing (or loosing ) any money, and all of my 200+ domains have already paid themselves...
