Domain copyright

    Domain name protection is usually accomplished using a trademark. You can either register your trademark with the USPTO or you can simply create a common law trademark by placing a superscript TM behind the first use of the domain on your homepage.

    I usually recommend to clients that they also claim the trademark in their TOS.

    It should be mandatory for all the webmasters that copyright is necessary for all websites so that they will have their trade marks and it will be very secure in future.
