Selling Domain + Content, installed on Worpress. Gets traffic without any promotion

I have this website since almost two years now, but I never really found the time to squeeze some money out of it. Hence, the reason fro selling this great domain with its content. You will have to setup your own Wordpress blog though, I will export the content and send it to you and push the domain to your Namecheap account.

The only thing I did, was to put some pages of content unique to the site and it started to receive traffic without any external promotion. That's the power of having the right keyword in the domain name.

For example, if someone types "Learn How To Speak French" this is the url from the site that he may see:
http://www.LearnHowToSpeak.net/french/

This website is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to make the most out of this great niche. Still, I'm selling it cheap because I have never made money from it. I'd love to see someone make good use of this site.

I don't know why the registrar in the sale data above is showing ENOM,INC. The registrar is actually NAMECHEAP. I have no idea if these are the same, neither am I able to edit it in the sales data.
