Say, if I buy a domain abcgoogle.com and post some data on this site related to google help. Can I buy such a domain name without any legal hassle. Can I sell this domain too later on.
    Thanx

You would assume Google would already have bought every single domain that is in conunction with their name, but they haven't!

Leaves people like you and me, very tempted to reap the benefits of owning a domain that consists of a trademark of such value ;)
Unfortunately, it's against "THE" Google Rule :( We cannot register/own anything with the letters "GOOGLE" and not necessarily in that order either :p

Too late, I already bought that domain name.
and yes, it's legal to buy it, but it is a domain trademark, you could lost that domain name if Google contacts you.

not could. 100% certain. Google is known to protect it's trademarks and not repeat the mistakes of Xerox, Fridge, Rimmel etc

This is incorrect, you may buy ANY domain you want to. Google can not do anything about that, the only thing they can do is if you are mentioning something about it on their site and this something is very bad, then google can take legal action and have you take it down. But if you are buying a domain with google in it, there is no rule saying you can't. I don't know where M3rC came up with this.

Which Google can very well decide on their own. Maybe they'll hold that user
liable, maybe they won't, but no one can truly say whether they will or not.

Now this I agree with. It's true there's no rule saying one can't register any
    domain name bearing a trademark.

Given the actions of certain trademark holders over domain names bearing its
mark name-sake, that can make the prospects of registering such quite dim.
Unless one is prepared to play.

I would stay away from anything with the word google in it. Its not worth developing to the point that you get on google's radar and get threatened with a law suit.

Its too much effort for the risk.

Dave Zan is correct, I forgot to mention that if you arent going to be intimidated by them then stand by your right to own whatever domain you wish.
