domain cloaking or pointing

I hope this is the correct forum, if not I am sorry in advance!

I'm currently making a website for a friend-
    http://www.outsidecateringfylde.co.uk/

Her business is called Dejeuner limited. I have therefore registered http://www.dejeuner.biz/

and in my domain name settings I have cloaked the dejeuner.biz so that it takes everyone to outsidecateringfylde.co.uk

She needs the domain dejeuner.biz as it is much easier to remember and will be printed on stationary etc. but she also needs the outsidecatering fylde for good search engine optimisation.

Is this likely to cause problems with the search engines as I don't want the site to get penalised in any way?

Or should I just webpoint people from dejeuner to outsidecatering and not bother with the cloaking?

    Thanks in advance

    UHM
