    Hi,

ONLY if you are a power webmaster read the Chat archive Below and POST your comment

Juan: Thank you for contacting DomainDiscover. What domain name are you inquiring about today?

    Christfer P.: hi

Christfer P.: i have changed the dns's of ***.us and ***.com and ***.org

Christfer P.: but i see it has not been changed yet

Juan: Christfer, the changes might take between 24 to 48 hours.

Christfer P.: yes i know, it will take 24 to 48 hr for active domains that have many visitors

Christfer P.: my domain was inactive and don't have even 1 visitor

Christfer P.: it must take 5-10 mins

Christfer P.: its 2 hr i am waiting

Christfer P.: please fix this problem

    Christfer P.: i have a work

Christfer P.: and i am waiting for the change

Juan: Unfortunately you are going to have to wait a little bit more. Once again it might take between 24 to 48 hours.

Christfer P.: i know that domaindiscover is DOWN today

Christfer P.: no there is no need to wait for 24 to 48 hr

Christfer P.: i am a powerful user and i have more than 2,000 domain

Christfer P.: i never seen such this problem before

Juan: I apologize for that Christfer, sometimes its sooner than 24 to 48 hours but that is the time frame we need to set for our customer.

    Juan: *Customers.

Christfer P.: no not sometime, for domains that not have visitors it will take 5-10 mins

Christfer P.: also it has not been changed even in the whois

Christfer P.: the dns in the whois database is still not changed

Christfer P.: it mean that the problem is from domaindiscover registrar

Christfer P.: u must agree with me

    Christfer P.: Do you agree?

    Juan: Unfortunately not.

Christfer P.: i know you agree

Christfer P.: but you dont want to say that

    Christfer P.: anyway

Christfer P.: i will create this case an forums, and i will ask them to see whats their comment, then i will send you the link to see by your self

Juan: Feel free Christfer. We have already changed to the new nameserver settings, but we don't have control over all of the internet service providers around the world to force them to update to the new settings any faster than they do.

Christfer P.: you agree with me i know ;)

    Christfer P.: dont say this..

Christfer P.: thank you for your time

    Christfer P.: good bye

    Juan: Have a nice day.

The strange thing was that my friend registered some domains with them today but when we checked the domain we saw that they are still Available (after some hours)
Also i remember that when i have registered my domains with them it only takes about 1 min!

So i am sure that their services is DOWN today

    Please post your comment :)

    Thanks
    Best Regards

    - what nameservers are showing in the WHOIS? try a WHOIS not on the domaindiscover site
    - can you reach the website through a web proxy? (lists at proxy.org).
    - clear your browser cache and try again (or use a different browser)
