I managed to find a domain .com name hat has 200k searches and a $5 average CPC for the “keyword”.
Now, I’m facing a problem. Where to register it and not get screwed in the middle. Does anybody have any experience in buying valuable domains?
And a another question; I know that that it’s very valuable, but how many figures; 2,3,4?

    Where to register it?

If it's not already registered I would suggest GoDaddy, so far the most reputable registrar.

If such domain is for sale or there are chances to buy it, then you can transfer it to GoDaddy as well.

How valuable could be? well it depends on if you have found the name is available or it is already taken, if so, value depends on the actual owner that may even ask 6 figures, since many speculators work around unrealistic price range.

The domain is available. I’ll check name.com because godaddy is known to do shady stuff

I've been using godaddy for the last 5 years, and I've yet to complain about their domain registering functionality.
