Domain Buying Guide

    Does anyone know of a good resource that explains what to consider when buying domains? It seems like many of the higher PR domains that I see for sale don't have the valid backlinks anymore and will drop significantly in PR when the next update happens (I'm referring to toolbar PR). Any help would be appreciated.
