    I am selling my domain blog plus an appraisal service:

    PR2 blog, the basic info site was established in 2005. It is old, mature, indexed.

    You keep all the content (original)!

    I've never had enough time to put into this site as there have always been more important stuff. Besides I've got no idea how to monetize it. Besides, I'm not too keen on domain names either... This just isn't my thing, so, no point in keeping it. :) I know that somebody can make it really big. Look at the other domain blogs out there - they are popular. Right now I'm working on three other sites and an off-line project, honestly, I cannot be bothered.

    If you don't like moving things around, I can consider leaving it hosted where it is for a small additional fee.

    It has around 1,000 backlinks and some decent traffic. But as I said it has never been properly launched, promoted or monetized.

    are you selling a subdomain only or selling the domain with its subdomain(s) ?

    No, it does not redirect to a sub-domain. I don't have any sub-domains on that domain name. It redirects to a directory where the blog sits. Now, if you scroll down and check the middle column, there is the link called "Main Domain Page" - click that and you'll see the main section of the site. It is all being sold together - as a single project.

    Regarding the Adsense revenue, please read the OP.
