i am about to buy a domain listed for sale on SEDO
and the domain is also being parked at SEDO

the domain is from year 2000 and there could be a case that the domain was delisted / banned from google or other SE's

Can there be any way of knowing if the domain was blacklisted ??

    thanks

One easy way is to check with the Whois Source: http://whois.sc/domain.com

(Edit: sorry, misread your post; whois.sc will show blacklisting due to sending spam e-mails etc., probably not anything to do with SE indices.)

Don't know if it will help at all but have you looked it up in the wayback machine?

At the very least you can check back and see how the domain was used before.

are you sure, if the domain and/or the last hosting ip is blacklisted, confirm the same on above 2 resources by e10 and willy
