No there is no mechanism, only way if people of that country and users of that ISP demand them to unblock the site in their prospective area of service for opening domain, that is also a rare condition that ISP's listen to customers demands. In other means ISP's and Internet Authorities of that country can and have the right to block to any site in their country. I suggest you a solution have an other domain and merge it with same content and give to indian users with that new name :)

When you say "banned in India" are you talking about Google not indexing your site or the Indian Government prohibiting it's public from using your site?

    Indian Government banned my site.

    Web Page Blocked!

The page you have requested has been blocked, because the URL is banned as per the Government Rules.

    URL: 123movies.pk/

thanks. it worked with https:// 123movies.pk . if we used https to open site. but from directly 123movies.pk or http:// 123movies.pk .. is show banned :(

should i redirect this domain to new domain ?

Wow, that's pretty intense. I'd be talking to my lawyer about suing the Indian Government for having laws that prevent me from running my business - unless, obviously, the laws that are in place are reasonable.
Yes, but get a free SSL certificate because you'll only be buying time, not a permanent solution.

If you really did have lots of traffic I'd just buy loads of shitty, reg fee or less domains and bounce the site from domain to domain and have your loyal followers get the current link from your social media accounts.

432 complaints and the site isn't even a year old! wow.
I'd hunker down and ignore India or close down the site or you could end up like this loser

He's seriously clever and could be famous for so many good reasons. Instead he's a joke.

In NZ you'd get your internet account cancelled. Happy to pay the bucks to Netflix for their service.
Might be a cultural thing, but down here stealing is frowned upon. We're lucky enough to have some big budget movies filmed here and most of us see the value in that continuing. Why bite the hand that feeds you?

Personally, I've never watched a pirated video online, but that sounds extreme. So, if someone Googles "watch movies online" and starts watching a pirated video, their internet account can get cancelled?

    Pretty much.
However, your browsing history has to be requested from your ISP by court order etc so you'd be pretty unlucky. The real risk is that one of the studios comes down and does a sweep of everyone who has streamed a specific movie using one of the major ISPs (and anyone they resell to). You may have only ever watched one movie but you'd get caught in the sweep. The studios would happily focus on NZ because a) their execs love visiting NZ; b) the fat german lives here.

301 to a new domain ensuring all urls still work
change design with a new theme
    tada
you bought yourself even more time
add an upload feature so you can claim its user generated content if you will
add a popout page that shows a disclaimer with a link to file a dmca contact form ON YOUR OWN SITE so they dont have to file it at chillingeffects which may alert entities
take down any requests as you get them and 301 the pages to a new url later to save link juice

I dont think sharing what others uploaded is criminal it depends on the law and there are always loopholes to stay legal I suppose

I don't know the law in Pakistan but Kim Dotcom has had a world of trouble for "sharing what others upload" in NZ.

That man should have quit while he was ahead.
He did not need to proceed. He had tons of money to do 100% legit and non dodgy stuff.
OP can quit while he is ahead too ,whenever he is :D

    Is that your proposed solution?
or are you suggesting that two wrongs make a right?
