Link your domain to the trusted sites like wikipedia, education sites, gov sites, news sites and blog with the high PR. Basically, if you have an authority domain, Google will rank your post higher eventhought there's no backlink for the post you've made. Just my thought.
Today I made a thread on BST > link sell section to buy PR 5 link and i got 50 pm and all are non traffic site but pr is valid.. Effective on search engine ?
Yes it is an effective way if you want rank better on SERP. Backlink can be say as a vote. If your domain on high PR sites, Google will see your is important to the public which mean you have been started to create a trusted on Google. But before make any decision to by any links, consider how much outbound link from the site that has linked to your site.

Back links from HIGH PR websites that are specific to the niche your in. Also normal back links will help too. Lots of on page unique articles as well. Fresh content updated regularly helps a lot too.
It depends on how much high PR sites that linking to your site. I believe 50backlinks from high PR does not make your site authority. Lots of backlinks are needed. And one more thing, you need to update you content and post regularly so that Google will see your site full with information.
