I don't see any need in these domains. Is all these based on high traffic keyword? I don't think so. Nor the domain is short. So, $20 is itself is a good price.
I am expecting more. some has good keywords. These are very good domains for developing/affiliate marketing.

Errrr.......... As far as the two "e" names go, generally these type of names only work with a single word after them. "E Yoga Guru" is a little bit long, but is probably the best name out of the 5. You could possibly get $10-$15 reseller for this name. LendMansion.com - Results 1 - 7 of 7 for "lend mansion" - Basically 0 results on google. 0 Ads, 0 PPC, 0 Overture..... and the name has such a small market, not to mention it doesn't flow particularly well.
