    Hey guys and gals,

I just purchased a ringtone script and needed a good domain.

What do all you think of findfreeringtones . net ??

Already registered it and a few others alike, but im thinking this one.

What do you pro's think? Any potential with this domain.

    Thanks..

It's a domain name that could work well as a developed site (easy to remember, despite the fact it is three words long), but being a .NET it's value as a domain alone is significantly less than the .COM would be. I would say it's a reasonably good domain to use to build a site; but if you had purchased it for the purpose of reselling only, I don't think it would be worth the registration fee.

Have to agree. Good for development because of the keyword content of the name and the number of searches for that phrase but for resale purely as a domain name, not so good.

    Thanks for the feedback.. :)

I am making a site with a script i have purchased. Doing some research "Free Ringtones" is the big hype lately. So thats the only non hyphenated domain name i could get my hands on.

Hopefully it will be a good name for people to remember. :)

    Thanks.

It's great for SEO purposes and in your case that's the point, so...thumbs up!:)

More in depth, it has 3 words in it but 2 are keywords and one (the first) is short and easy.

I don't think that it matters that much that it can be remembered easily as most of your visitors will probably come from search engines, but it's a bonus.
That's also why I don't think that a hyphenated similar domain would have been that bad, although with more than one hyphen it would look spammy and you would prob miss many clicks from the SERPs.

Just my thoughts on the matter.
