Domain Appraisal

    Sorry for the cheapness of this post, I am not a website "flipper" (?!) or a domain collector. I have a few domains that have been sitting forever waiting for websites I wanted to develop and never had the time to. I was wondering what is the value for them. Probably nothing, but after I sold a website I forgot even owning for a small sum (still above what I expected) last month, I looked in my domain list.

    Domains:

    GameQuizzes.com
    Would this have any value? Or should I instead develop this?

    Dedicated -ip.com
    This was for a website someone in my team wanted to develop for god knows what; I cannot even remember buying it, truth be told.

    I would say maybe mid $xx tops for either one as a reseller value.
