I own some of good short name domains. I park them at sedo & I have received good offers for them too. The latest offer i have got is $1k for 1 domain. But the bidder is asking for proffesional domain appraisal certificate form http://www.researchappraisals.com/ How fair that i pay them $66 odd just for appraisal of my domain? Is it worth?
Is it worth or is it scam? Beware where someone ask you for an appraisal expressly from "X" service since this trick it's not limited to email scamming
