A client of mine is looking to self-appraise his domain names but he is just short of factors on the basis of which he could make an in-depth analysis of his domains.
I'm looking out for a comprehensive list of factors that can be used for domain name appraisals.

P.S - Pls skip the factors mentioned in the sticky threads below:

I'm well aware of those so If you would like to add new ones kindly share them here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Other clue to the value of a domain not listed above would include:
    - desirability of the keywords. You can see that based on the number of gTLD extensions that were already registered. For example, if you think a domain name is good - but you see that none of the other extensions were registered, either you have a new idea that no one ever thought of before - or the name could really just be worthless
    - number of words. Generally speaking the fewer words, the better - the best names express the idea most precisely. So - hikingbackpacks.com is much more desirable than besthikingbackpacks.com or even hikingbackpackshub.com
    - consider the language of the keywords. Any 2 word Pinyin domain name is going to sell fast right now - think xuanzi.com or xinnian.com - good deals are still available in Spanish and Italian names - while German names command a premium as well.
    - also for ccTLDs, consider the match of the language and the extension. for example cars.de would not be as valuable as autos.de (which is the more common way of saying cars in German - I think!).
