domain appraisal and similar question

    Hi.

    what is the best place or site for a domain appraisal..?

    currently, I am using leapfish

    I have 2 real estate domains I want to sell.

    one has intrinsic value to reap $10 to $20k / month easily if the person who buys it, is in the business. I have evidence of this. The other is a simple site for homeowners.

    both are valued about right on leapfish but wanted some other exp'd opinions.

    I do not want to put the domain in this thread because I recently bought a domain name and when doing yahoo and google searches, the 1st page serps have two webmaster sights listing it for sale, like here.

    Now isn't that a negative for me ( or the buyer) , if someone conducts a yahoo/google search or link on my site name and the sale forum thread comes up ?
