Domain and host

    I have a question.

    1. If i have a host do i need a domain?

    And I think 1st questions ans is YES.

    2. My domain and host name must be same?

    please explain host and domain.

    You need domain name for hosting site yes.

    No domain name does not have to be same as hosting site. You can buy one from any company and then point it to hosting site. It is just easier to have both the domain name and hosting on same site.

    No. It can work fine with a subdomain of that host as well.

    A host is a company where you rent server space, like a shared account to store your files. A domain is like www.yourdomain.com

    A host = Place where your sites are hosted.
