Ok there must be some online tool or service that offers searching domain names that are for sale by age. Weird thing that Sedo, GoDaddy, etc.. dont offer that searching option

Anyone is aware of such service?

    domaintools.com advanced auction.
Been using it a long time and have picked up some pretty decent domains with it.

you can also use Archive.org to see if any content was on it.
You have to be careful with those tools.
After 1999 when everyone and their mother was allowed to become a registrar, everyone didn't and still doesn't follow the same guidelines or have access to the same data., nor do they interpret it the same.
If a domain was registered in 1996, and go daddy was created in 2000, it would probably be best to look at the only registrar at the time.
    Network Solutions.
it is not a full proof system.
The best way is, if buying from a seller. Just ask for the original paperwork.
It may trump , what ever tools is telling you it's only 4 years old, or what ever.

You need to search some top rated domain sites.

Unfortunate timing for them though with MSN releasing the IP: command. Does the same thing.
