Domain Age = N/A

We all know how important domain age can be for your SEO.... I am digging deep at the moment into one of my sites and just noticed that any tool that I use says my domain age is 'n/a' when it actually about 5 years old.... why is this?

    Any ideas?

Would Google see this as 0? Would it affect my SEO?

How can I get it showing my domain age correctly?

One of the tools I used is - http://www.dnscoop.com/

Also to point out it is a .com.au domain.

First, did you buy the domain?

Go to WaybackMaching and look up your domain.

Finally, it could be only the software you are using.

Yes I did buy the domain and I own it.

The site does exist in waybackmachine.

I have tried a few different sites and domain age checkers and they all tell me the same thing. Maybe because it is a .com.au domain?

Yes, its prbly because of the TLD.

When I tried a .com.au domain I got the following msg:

Can\t Verify Age of Domain. We are not able to check/ verify the age of some international TLDs at this time

info: doesnt tell me much just lists my site and the sitelinks.

If I go to waybackmachine the first entry they have is from May 17 2003. As long as Google uses that info it should be ok.
