You can check through whois search, also check this; http://www.webconfs.com/domain-age.php

 

I used different sites.
1 gave me 8 years and 1 month
other 1 year and 11 days
and some 11 days only

 

use networksolutions.com and check whois and check registered date

 

Whois.net is very handy. :]
