No, most people (in order to get their adsense accounts approved faster) will sign up for blogspot and post that as their URL...

yes use blogspot for faster approval, however if you have a quality website already use that instead, Google are on the lookout for people signing up using blogspots as there is a lot of fraud involved, Good luck

Don't know what you mean by your domain info you mean like whois info? If so no big deal, many site owners opt for private registration that hides this info anyway. So google wouldn't know this either. If this is what you are referring to no problem. Otherwise please be more specific.

Many domain registers allow for private registration which will hide your name and info. It might look like proxy.something.com no big deal there. Just make sure everything else is legit in your adsense application so you can get paid. You should be the domain owner, but there really is no way to prove that you are the one and only. Look at blogger/blogspot anyone can register and apply for adsense.

some body posted these information on another forum when he applied for adsense account for his website google did not approve his account and mention these things he received from google adsense team in email:

    Quote:

Unacceptable site content: In order to participate in Google AdSense,
publishers' websites and application information must satisfy the
    following guidelines:

*Your website must be your own top-level domain (www.example.com and not
    www.example.com/mysite).
*You must provide accurate personal information with your application that
matches the information on your domain registration.
*Your website must contain substantial, original content.

what is the meaning of the second line " You must provide accurate personal information with your application that matches the information on your domain registration" ??

    That sounds bad..
It wasn't necessary though. It seems Google changed it's TOS recently.
