You should do a google search for "website appraisal" how much the website is worth
depends how much money the site makes on a daily / monthly basis.

This is a hot niche right now - nice timing, nice execution on the site, good domain name. If you flip it, you'll probably get about 6-8 times monthly earnings. You'll be selling to someone who wants to boost the site to PR5 and $1000 months and flip it again for $10000.

I use the structure theme from themehybrid.com . I think it's quite good. May be you can try.

 

The site looks great. You should be more consistent when it comes to the capitalization of your titles, though.

 

Okay... will work on the titles. Any ideas about a good theme? I am looking at the theme hybrid, anything else? I have a copy of Ultimate Blogging Theme. Does it suit this blog?

 

I think instead of going for the readymade themes available, customizing the theme you have now would make better sense.
