we badly need "new survey's disabled" option. Since you people regularly adding offers and my traffic is getting wasted on those offers without any conversion. Hope you will take some quick action on this issue

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to explain a couple of additions to the Dollarade publisher panel. If you've been trying to manage the number of surveys showing or trying to get only a few select surveys showing on your overlays, but are having issues when new offers are added to our system, then this post will help you out a great deal.

The first addition is the ability to set the maximum number of surveys shown on your overlay. Instead of the default setting of 4 surveys shown (when there are 4 surveys available for the given country), you will now to be able to choose between showing 1-4 surveys total, no matter if there are more surveys available than your setting.

The second addition is the ability to set certain surveys as 'preferred' surveys for your overlay. When you have surveys selected as preferred, they will be given priority over all other surveys (for the given country) and are shown first, no matter what their EPC is. The way it functions is simple - you can set as many offers as you like to preferred for each country, and if there's a spot for them they will always show ordered by EPC. Say for instance you set 4 offers for the United States to preferred, and the number of surveys shown is set to 4. Those 4 offers, for all United States visitors, will always show ordered by EPC - nothing else. Now say you have 2 offers for Canada set to preferred, and the number of surveys shown is still set to 4. Those 2 preferred offers will always show first ordered by EPC, and if there are other offers available, the next 2 highest EPC offers will fill in the open spots.

These additions also solve a big problem our publishers were experiencing when trying to show only a select survey or surveys. When we add a new offer to our system, it's automatically considered 'enabled' in your overlay survey settings, and this is true for all overlays. Prior to these new additions, if you wanted to show for instance only 2 surveys, you would've had to disable all surveys except for those 2. If we were to add new surveys, however, these would automatically show due to them being enabled by default. Now, with these additions, you can simply set your maximum number of surveys shown to 2, and set the 2 offers you want to show as 'preferred' as explained above. Now, no matter how many offers we add, you still retain full control over your survey settings.

These additions can be found on the 'Surveys' management page for your overlays - Overlays -> Surveys (overlay actions)

@elenag: No, there is no limit for paypal.

@maxpayne2k11: You can avoid new surveys appearing on your gateway by using the new 'preferred' surveys feature. As long as you have more surveys set as 'preferred' than the number of surveys appearing on your overlay, new surveys will not show until your current preferred surveys have been disabled. Please let me know if this helps!

Congratulations for having a great network and adding new features for the publishers. Dollarade is one of the best networks out here having great converting surveys.

I have a small issue I hope you will look into it and resolve.

I have given you a call this week few times to look into the matter that I have not received the payment for the month of Sep 2011 on Oct 1st. Under my account the amount is showing as paid but I haven't received the payment to my paypal account yet. My Paypal account is active and has no limitations. Please could you check and advise.
