Dollar going down

Has anybody noticed the decrease in USD rates
1USD = 40.50 INR .
I wonder why?
Any answers?

 

for the last 6 months, $ has gone down a lot, and i don't really see the INR dropping anytime soon. anyways, we have discussed this several times, please use the search feature before posting!

last year it was above 45 rs and now it is soooo low which is not good for webmasters like us...

 

Just because a subject has been discussed before, does that mean it cannot be discussed again?

 

Are there chances that the rates might continue to decrease?
I can see no chances of them ,any sooner, to increase at least.

I agree with you Correctus , but im sure you could have expressed your view in a decent way.

 

This is increased rate infact, few days ago when I withdrew the money (from Paypal) it was some 39.65 INR.

Correctus is totaly correct. Its not actually dollar going down, its actually Rupee going up simply because Rupee (read our GDP) is stronger than last year's.

This is a bad sign for our exports (Less rupee against dollar) but Very very Good sign for Import and over all economy.

Its just a sign of the Economy being stronger.
It will make the Indian webmasters unhappy.After all, who likes to loose money

 

this is good for us Canadians, I like to go to the states to do my shopping . It's a lot cheaper there!
