Hello there DP users I am running a website for almost 5 years now. A year ago, i didn't know anything about SEO and how important that is and so on. I lost 50% of my traffic when my page's links changed into friendly links. And that was 1 year ago, after that there is no recovery of that. Few weeks ago i started to do some "SEO" work. I have 2 pr4 blogs, they are small, i started to post "articles" about my site categories etc. I would like to know what is the impact to my site, when those 2 little blogs are redirecting 80% of the links to my site. Can i call this "link building". I did buy some link building too, no good impact what so ever. I hope to get some tips and i hope this might help other newbies too
If your little blogs have links pointing to you website, than that will have some influence, and you can call that linkbuilding. I do not know how you bought that links but if you describe that a little bit more, I will tell you invested good or on some poor link building
Yes links from 2 pr4 blogs will help alot if the pages with links on have PR. I advise doing some manual linkbuilding or finding a reputable SEO freelancer here on DP.
There is only so much those links can do for you, you need to get backlinks from a range of sources. It looks pretty obvious to google if all your links are coming from two websites.
