Sorry. The site is priced as content allready. The price for just the content would there fore be the same as the present site BIN. But if you BIN it i can of course just send you the content if you don't want the domain/layout. There are lots of reasons pet sites are popular but I would say it boils down to that people like pets and spend a lot of money on their pets. dogs as an example is one of the most searched terms on the net.
I will PM you but I thought others might have the same question so I will answer it here too. Adsense is allready integrated in the site. You just have to paste your adsense code into one file to integrate adsense (two if you want to add both banners and squares) and the site will automatically display adsense on all pages of the site.
