So you borrowed/copied most of the articles from goarticles.com, and the site domain has only been registered for 2 months, and you pay for your traffic.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but I am having trouble understanding why you want to sell it? Seems like a cake-walk money maker.

 

That is what I do. I run a hosting company and build websites. When these websites are proven money makers, I sell them.

For example, the next site that I will be selling is at http://www.liver-cancer.info/ . This site receives 100% traffic from search engines (no advertising). Right now it is only making about $150 per month. I expect it to double in revenue in about a month and then it goes up for sale.

If someone would be able to get free-dog-training.info more seo friendly, I would expect the monthly income to triple.

I only sell sites I know will make money.

About 3:00 PM yesterday, I setup the domain channel as suggested. From 3PM To Midnight the counter showed the site making $12.02 in adsense revenue.

I will be running this counter all day for Thursday and post Thursday's results on Friday.

I'd be very afraid of buying a site based completely on re-used articles. Are any of the articles original or do I take it you make all the money from buying cheap ads on AdWords and hoping they click on AdSense.

You mention AdWords ads, how much do you spend on that perday, because of course then your profit is probably a lot lower.

Let's be honest here, I want profit numbers, not revenue.

 

hdpt00... he has been pretty good in providing what is requested in order to value the website. He stated in his original post that he paid $100 a month advertising. Later in another post he specificied he was paying 5 cents a keyword. Take the 5 cents and divide it into the $100 a month, and his referral stats for September and October for Google back up his numbers. I don't think he gets much natural referral traffic.

 

Th natural traffic has lowered recently when the site dropped from #1 position on MSN to position #6. But MSN has a history of jumping sites around a lot.

A majority of the traffic does come from Adwords.

My bad, I see the $100 statement now. I'd still be worried of lowered CPM with dup. content. But that is me. If any of the bids fall through I'll bid $1400

 

Don't be concerned about the duplicate content. The template is unique, article is targeted to a single theme, article links back to the author, titles are slightly different than origional, and article is in second half on the html code. Search engines will not penalize for this.
