    Description:
    Turnkey website that includes my own articles on dog training. Every page displays random images of dogs. Since these are my articles you have my permission to edit the articles. This is something that you can not do with articles that are obtained from the article directories.

    This site uses both Adsense and YPN ads. YPN ads are automatically displayed to USA visitors while Adsense ads are displayed to everyone else. If you do not have a YPN account, then only Adsense ads are displayed. This is completely configured in the site.

    The sale of this website includes the domain name, website and all content.

    The site is receiving no traffic as the domain was just purchased yesterday. These articles were written months ago and I think most of them were submitted to the article directories. This is a new and site was not promoted at all.

    I am giving permission for the new site ower to modify the articles that is being used on this site. But the real power in this site is the ability to display the ypn and adsense ads based on geo location.

    The domain was purchased from DirectI.

    Just for my general interest, since there is no fees required to transfer the domain to a new owner, why is it so important where the domain is registered?

    I do not think that offering a $1 increase over a previous bid is fair to serious bidders. I would like to request that bids are made in $5 increments.
