Selling Dog/Pet Blog with Premium Content and FB Fan Page

Hello guys.

I'm selling a Dog/Pet related blog with full premium content. There are 14 posts as of now with another 16 articles (worth $80) that I haven't published which will be included for the BIN buyer. I have not added any analytics nor any monetization methods as this blog was meant to be developed directly through my own pocket. However, I have lost the time to really keep up with it due to my car blog that got hacked and is currently undergoing some rebuild. The sale comes with a FB fan page that is currently having 114 likes+advertised through FB advertising. Twitter account included as well. Free push via NameCheap and free hosting for 2 months will be given to the buyer.

I'll just keep things simple.

The BIN buyer will get the free 16 articles (worth $80) that haven't been published. These are 100% premium and copyscape passed. It is also written by a professional native english writer. Also, I will include a backlink package for free which includes 100 social bookmarks, 100 article submissions, 30 backlinks(comments, forums etc).
