Dofollow or Nofollow

is blogroll using nofollow/dofollow?

and what about blog commenting?

if a guest comment and then fill in the website field, is that count as dofollow or nofollow from the site that he is commenting?

why not dofollow? you must set who people comment must login, must min 60 word, must not spamming and filter some word.
try some free plugins.
