dofollow or nofollow

Hi there
I want to switch link on blog comment from no-follow to do-follow but many search engines doesnt encourage this.

So can I get penalty by google or yahoo for what i intend to do???

There is no harm in switching from nofollow to dofollow.. It helps to brings a lot of traffic from smaller dofollow search engines and links from dofollow lists and directories.

 

I'm agree with you guys here is no problem to switch in do-follow but you have to use proper method to do that.

No Google will not penalize you for making your site dofollow,but before making it dofollow you must remove all the spam links on blog comment.Never give links to bad sites or banned sites otherwise your site would be banned.

 

making such a change should drive lots of traffic to your site. just not sure it is the kind of traffic you are looking for.
