Dofollow links are followed by search engine spider and nofollow links are not followed by search engine, so there is no value of nofollow link, more you get dofollow link with anchor text, better your chance for search engine ranking for that keyword.

these days mostly all good sites have "no-follow" in place. Gone are the days of Do-follow websites. Search engine spammers dont leave a dime even until they finish a nice system. By spam commenting in all and sundry blogs in wholesale they have brought this wonderful 'link juice' thing to "do-follow" "no-follow" regime. It's really frustrating.

In my blog, which has no "no-follow" indexed i get so so many spam comments. I just dont make them published.

One thing I can tell you, if I see that comment is adding value to my post I will certainly add that to my site. Please remember there is nothing like being honest and doing your work religiously. :)

There is no such thing as dofollow.

All links are followed unless they have a tag that reads rel=nofollow

Its a shame people cannot learn to respond properly so that silly notions as a dofollow link will disappear and stop confusing webmasters.

Dofollow links are recommended for a blog, especially for a new one, because they can help you on improving your SEO.
