Dofollow links from social bookmarking?

Yeah it was a huge list, but all the sites are not working.
"Mrukjames" has done a great job & we can take only working sites, although they are social bookmarking sites but most of the sites are nofollow. For get backlinks we need dofollow sites who follow our links.

Here i am sharing the High PR Dofollow Sites,
All sites are working & all are dofollow

And the most favorable point of this list is all site have 3 PR

 

How do we know for sure which are nofollow, I have used mixx and delicious, but they don't always show up, I ahve also noticed different backlink tools offer greatly different results, I am using seobooks toolbar x-ray vision right now

I looked for that tool in addons and only found this one, SEO Status PageRank/Alexa Toolbar , were you speaking of looking at the backlinks or specifically if they are no-follow?

I have it, I guess I need to do another tutorial on it to be able to access all the tools, I didn't know a follow/no-follow analyzer was on it, thanks

I have seen several people recommend IBP, but it is not cheap, $500

 

mixx.com is a site that has given me results within days .Though yahoo has picked them up in days but nothing from google

 

Did anyone actually answer this question? I would also like to know if everyone promoting social bookmarking has actually had SEO results with it beyond just getting a site indexed quickly! Thanks!

Those are indeed dofollow. Just remember, Mixx won't accept subdomains from popular sites like squidoo, wordpress etc. They only accept stand-alone domains (ie. bluewidgets.com and not bluewidgets.squidoo.com) because there's been so much spam from those subdomains.

I like social bookmarking as it makes it easier to get things indexed, but for linkbuilding, SEO, and helping your site rank, I don't really stress it. a hundred or two links from social bookmarking sites isn't really going to boost your sites in the SERPs much. But like I said, I love social bookmarking for indexing stronger backlinks.

 

I don't think IBP submit to social bookmarking ... Are you sure it does?

Do follow links from social bookmarking site are very beneficial. It's not only helpful for keyword rankings it can also generate traffic.
