DoFollow Link to NoIndex Page - PageRank Flow?

Hi, i have one question about pagerank flow, if we have this situation:

- pageA links to pageB with dofollow link
- pageB has noindex meta tag

Will page rank flow from pageA to pageB?
Or, if we put noindex on pages that we don’t want indexed, should we also put nofollow to all internal links that are leading to those pages to prevent wasting pagerank?

 

Ideally pageB shouldn't be indexed by search engines, but page rank can flow. It's upto webmaster to make links to registration pages or pages disallowed by meta tags or robots.txt.

 

A noindex tag will prevent the page being indexed but it will not prevent the pagerank flow.

 

I am agree with the T media, Noindex only stop to crawl for the search engine
