Hi there. Just looking to build backlinks for a new site, and I was wondering if anyone had a list, or could point me to a list of popular forums (preferably DoFollow) that allowed a link or links in signature with no minimum or low minimum post count. (eg SP Forums) Thanks for any info...

You do realize that forum posting provides very little (if any) SEO benefits, right? (By the way, with regard to SitePoint, we don't show our links to search engines anymore. I should know - I'm a moderator there.)

SP forums too have No follow in signature till certain post counts. Without knowing clearly about SP do not talk a word about it.
Now a days all forums are No Follow attributes till certain counts. If you are looking for do follow forums then you may end up in low PR forums.
