Dofollow Bookmarking Required

Hi All,

Anyone could suggest me some dofollow high-pr bookmarking sites?

One question, some dofollow bokmarking sites don't bother to provide direct link to submitter page, these use redirect from their own page, does submitting a page in such bookmarking sites helps in improving the rank in Google?
