    you can use tool of Mozilla add-ons Search Status tool for that which also describe you that which links is Do Fallow or No Fallow.

    Just get back links, do follow or not, because humans can click links and arrive at your site even once a year and that is great. Thousands of links are a must and you should keep increasing your inventory of links.
