I would like to share some of the tips:

Just enter a search query “Comments links could be nofollow free” in your favorite SE, and results listed will be dofollow blogs.

You can also enter the query like ""Notify me of follow-up comments?"+"Submit the word you see below:" which is nothing but the footprints of dofollow blog sites.
