directory lists get posted under the directory section of the forum. regarding blog commenting list, i would not suggest you to use any list that is readily available as they will be nothing but spammer's paradise. as soon as a list is made public, people keep blasting that list making it useless in no time. you will need to do your own research to build a good list.
