    I just got back the report. Of the 21 URL he provided me:

    9 had no links
    10 were no followed
    1 page would not load
    1 had a live link with the correct anchor text (Was not cached by google though).

    I'm presently looking to get a refund for the money, that he instited I paid for my review copy.

    I would NOT recommend this service to anyone.
