The OP and his team are scammers. I hope moderators will pay attention to them.

The service has been provided to you, I even doubled your order. And after provision of the service, you demanded a refund, which I also agreed. I asked you to send me your paypal email address so that I could send the payment, but you never replied.

So you've got the service (doubled up), and you are getting a refund, and you're calling us what?

Borber, you seriously owe us an apology.

It is really not a service at all, but just getting money from us.
I've ordered "package 2" - 250 comments.
After the checking first list OP provided I didn't find any links to my site.
I've asked OP and he showed me 7 active links on two (2) blogs, and have promised to show me active links in a week, after the reasonable approving time.
Additionally next day he sent me new list - as it were he made again the job.
One more week later I've checked both lists and didn't find any links again.
After asking about that OP sent me third list. With no links as usual. And posted here the explanation about mythical "spam database" where my site supposedly is due to "thousand blog comments" I have made "mid April with another service provider". All this explanation is fully nonsense.
All above is the reason why I suppose that OP don't do any job at all besides getting our money and sending us long URL's lists with no links. It is a scamming, not a service.
If somebody who have bought this service can spend some time and check the URLs OP provided as a report and find there more than very few links - I'll be very surprised.
So everybody can decide who have to apologize here.

 

In your dispute earlier, you said that we "did not provide" service. Now you're publicly admitting that we provided service, yet you still have not taken back your claim/dispute regarding non-provision of service. That's why I said you mis-stated a fact.


I have made that clear in my email to you:

- You have ordered a package of blog commenting service from us, we have provided the service. - which you just admitted you saw backlinks built by us.

- This service is not a guaranteed approval service. - which is the term of this service. Written on page 1 of this thread, spider man also posted a query about this and I clarified on post #11.


You have paid the price for a non-guaranteed service, so even if the approval rate is as low as 1%, there is literally no right to recourse. I have rejected a large number of users asking for guaranteed service. If you want guaranteed service, search on this forum, there are lots of others doing that. Pay that price, and then you get the guarantee from them. As simple as that. There is no obligations for us to refund since it is not a guaranteed approval service.


However, I personally made the consideration to refund you based on my believe in customer service. Although this is not a guaranteed service, I still do have certain standard rate I want to achieve and that's why, even though I am not obliged to do so, I have helped some of the customers to re-run the service when the rate is lower than my expectation. I was happy to refund you based only on my believe in customer service, however your factually inaccurate claim left us no choice but to stand up and defend ourselves.


As the previous 5 pages of customer review can tell, I have lots of customers with good approval rates. I always give them more comments than the advertised volume to boost the acceptance rate. A few of them still get lower rates even though I gave more comments in the first place. That's not a problem, I re-ran that again. You can see brave goat written in the last page: His site only had about 5% acceptance after a week. Although I don't guarantee inclusion rate, I still think this is low compared to other sites of the same nature. Thus, I did a re-run for him immediately: first batch on last week, and second batch this week. I am expecting a third and the last batch next week for him.


Btw, If you don't know what I'm talking about regarding the spam filter, search for 10 blogs running akismet and other spam filters, try to comment on those with your url, and you will know what I mean. I have analysed your backlinks and that's the conclusion I got. I would be delighted if you prove me wrong on that, coz' that mean your site is not in the spam database, that will be good news.


And, this puzzled me: you sent an email to me and threatened to "close my paypal"? What was that about? Why don't you tell us what are you planning to do?

I just received some 700 comments from him. I have not as yet checked each and every comment he made, though I checked some.

They looked fine. My main reason to hire him was to gain serp.

I will still wait for the results to show and the back links to gather for my site.

All over the turnaround was good and quick. Can't tell if it was worth the price as I have yet to see any results from his service. Will wait for 1-2 weeks and then check the serp for the keywords I asked him to put in each of his comment.

He's a trust worthy guy. He has done the work as instructed.

This guy spammed my site onto blogs and got my site flagged as spam by Akismet. Very poor service.
