Very cheap price per backlink but whats the split between PR 0s and PR5's? There's a big difference. Your prices lead me to think its mostly pr0's

 

It depends very much on the niche you're in. High PR do follow blogs are not easy to come by and the owners are usually very strict in approving comments, that's why people charge a great deal of money for that.
