This question goes to DP experts, I'm using Wordpress blog and currently/default my comments are NoFollow. So i'm thinking to turn it DoFollow. My question is why should I use dofollow in my comments area? what are the pros and cons ..
for reference my site is www.syednetworks.com

My advice is keep your comments section a nofollow if its a dofollow it will attract alot of spammers and it will take alot of time moderating those comments

On the flipside, turning them to do-follow will give your website more action, or at least the appearance of more action.

havin a do follow site is good in SEO way but then if you turn your comments in do follow one you might increase the traffic you get but then expect spam comments and that...its up to you..though you can moderate comments to avoid this instances or use plug-ins :)

I personally feel that in SEO sense the "do follow" will be beneficial for you.
    Thanks

I would like to add that the subject of your blog might have something to do with whether or not you use do follow. If you are running an seo site then a lot of posters are going to be looking for do-follow blogs but if you are doing a cooking site then you might want it to be no-follow because those seo people are not going to post the type of content that will increase your search rank. Just a thought.

I guess, I should make my comments DoFollow for a couple of weeks and will see the results. I'll share as well.
