Here are some additional dofollow forums - http://www.webmaster-elements.com/dofollow-lists/dofollow-forums.htm
Thanks for the list, However I have one question, Are all these sites allow us to post signature links?
Natheen..That's why they are dofollow..they allow link in signature however they have their own rule to allow it to stop spam.
Is CNET useful? I has got good PR but i don't think they allow signatures? Is there any other way out to get backlinks without signature?
Thank you for this list, I really gotta get into the link building mode, been straggling on this for too long.
I am sure he meant DOFOLLOW FORUMS. Dofollow is not an official term as far as SEO goes, but has been more of created by the online money making and webmaster community against the official term "Nofollow", which is a weapon devised by google I guess to combat spam over the world wide web. Nofollow doesn't get followed by Google, while dofollow gets followed by Google and hence indexed and contributes towards PR. Nofollow is just a link that is hollow. Dofollow is a link with stuff in it. Simple as that. Dofollow will feed your site and Nofollow will not.(Nofollow may contribute towards traffic though)
To check if a forum is dofollow or not. Select any link and right click on it. Go to properties See if you find anything like 'external nofollow' If yes, then its a nofollow if nothing, then its dofollow. You can have a nice plugin if you are using Firefox, called "Nodofollow", that highlights the nofollow and dofollow links and differentiates them for convenience. Or you can also press Ctrl+U to view the source code of a page on any forum, and press Ctrl+F to find the word "nofollow" in it. If found, then the forum is nofollow, otherwise dofollow. Hope that helps
Real helpful list. Thanks for sharing! Quick question: Does a dofollow link from a page with no pagerank still have an effect?
