does Zongocash web content blocker install AFFECT SEO?

because its a pre screen for a download, is it using ajax or what ? and does it affect SEO??

 

I've read in a few places that zongocash installs spyware\adware onto your computer, this could effect your organic traffic if your site gets flagged as "This site could be harmful to your computer". Do a google search om "zongocash spyware".
