Does YPN lower the monthly payment from the pending ammount

    Does they for you guys? For me they havent before. The June announcement mentions calculating which sounds ominous. I never paid attention to the announcements before.

    Sometimes they lower it, sometimes the raise it...no one knows for sure exactly what they are doing.
