If a person uploads a song that they really like, and they claim it as a copyright infringement, would this person's IP adress be banned? Has anyone ever been in that situation on Youtube?
Well youtube bans accounts. I don't think they ban ips, but if its a copyright infringing problem, I think they will give out your information to the party that owns the content. Then they may be able to sue you. =/
